Our OOTW is Peppermint!
Peppermint essential oil is my all time favorites! Peppermint oil can be considered a hot oil so use with caution! I love the smell of peppermint! It is just a scent that makes me happy. I use peppermint every day.
Peppermint is great for headaches and migraines. Most people put a few drops on the temples and behind the neck. I like to put a few drops also on top of my head in different spots. I will then lay down in the dark and try to rest. This normally gets rid of my migraines.
I also use peppermint on my chest for indigestion and on my stomach for tummy issues. If you are feeling nauseous, smelling peppermint can help settle your stomach. I like to use peppermint under my nose to help me breathe better at night.
Diffusing is such a great way to use peppermint. About 5 drops per 100 ml water into your diffuser. Diffusers hold different amounts of water so check to see what yours hold.
