Self Care is so very important. Summer time sometimes can be easy to get in some selfcare but other times with kids being in sports, school coming to an end, and vacations it can be hard! Always try to make time for yourself.  Here are a few things you can do this week to get some “me” time.

Self Care Day 1: I like to start the week simple.  Enjoy a cool glass of lemonade, a smoothie or ice tea while sitting in the sunshine!

Day 2: Let’s get grooving and in the summer mood by creating a summer playlist. I love the Beach Boys so I know that will be one of my choices for my playlist. So what will be on your playlist?

Self Care Day 3: One of the most peaceful times in a day is during sunrise and sunset.

Self Care Day 4: Fruit is the best during the summer time! It is also a great healthy snack.

Our last day of self care for the summer is to go for a walk. Once again the most peaceful times are in the morning or evening! Yall have a good weekend!
