Life can get crazy and super busy. So here is another week of Self Care. Take care of yourself this week and let me know how you feel by the end of the week. For the first day of Self Care Week I want you to try and find a place to be alone and meditate or just breathe.

Self Care Day 2: Music is a way into our souls. We can express how we feel when we are happy, sad, angry, etc by playing our favorite songs. My challenge to you is to make a playlist that makes your soul feel refreshed and full of joy! Play it when your mood is not the best and see if your mood gets uplifted!

Self Care Day 3: Share this to your social media page and have people give you a word or even more than one word that describes you! Save them and put them in an actual jar or write them down in a notebook/journal. Look at those words when you need to be uplifted!

Self Care Day 4: Hugs can do so much for the mind, body and spirit.

Last Day of Self Care! Make a list of things that relax you and do one of those things! Always remember to make time for yourself. You are so important!
