Essential Oils: The Ultimate Essential Oils Guide Review
I got a chance to review The Essential Oils: The Ultimate Essential Oils Guide E-book. I was hoping to learn more from the book than I already knew. I have learned a lot from some of my friends that sell essential oils. A lot of the facts can be found online on the websites of some major brands of oils.
When going through the book it says to use vegetable oil as the carrier oil. It would be helpful to acknowledge that it can be any carrier oil. Different carrier oils are mentioned in the beginning of the book. I personally use coconut oil.
When taking orally also you don’t want to fill the capsule up with full essential oils you want to work your way up. One drop then the rest can be filled with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or one that says that it can be ingested. Going full force could make you sick. You want to work your way up so that doesn’t happen.
What will happen if you are exposed to the sun when using certain essential oils? This is not told in the book. There is no mention as to what will happen. I was told you could get a burn from exposure to the sun. You want to avoid using oils in the sun and use them on a certain spot where the skin will not be exposed to the sun.
How big of a vial? In the recipes there is no mention of how big of a vial to use. This can cause wasting oils if they run out of room for the other oils in the recipes. There is just a lot of information that is left out that should be mentioned. When you are new to essential oils things like this should be included.
